Maibeth's Breast Cancer Journey

At the end of this school year Maibeth noticed a lump in her breast. Her mother had died from breast cancer years ago so she took this seriously and made an appointment with her doctor. They biopsied the lump and she waited for the news that no one wants to get. It was confirmed to be breast cancer.
As of now the plan is to start Chemotherapy and then proceed with a mastectomy if possible.
All of us know Maibeth to be so loving and caring with our children. She too is a mom to two boys, one with special needs. When she is not at work she is his primary care taker (with the help of her husband after work). Unfortunately, she does not have family here in the United States that can come help her while she goes through this journey. However, she is not alone! Her faith in God is incredible and her bravery to face this head on and prevail is obvious.
At this point medical costs are unknown, but her husband will likely have to take many unpaid days off of work to either care for their son or Maibeth. If you are able to donate to help her and her family please do so, if you can't please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. Feel free to pass this along to anyone else who know and loves Maibeth as much as I, and many of you do too.
