Lets help the Blankenships

Dave and Lori Blankenship along with thier family have been a pillar for Great Lakes Church as well as the community.  Dave had a heart attack the other night and will have to rest a bit.  Being self-employeed this is a hardship on the family.  Lori has also just had a few procedures done.  I would like to rasie some money to help them in this difficult time.  I know Dave and Lori and they are stong people and would want to burden anyone.  So lets surprise them and show them how much they mean to us.
