Magnolia's Medical Treatment
Donation protected
Magnolia, a freshman at Laurens Central School, was recently diagnosed with Rumination Syndrome, a condition in which people repeatedly and unintentionally vomit. As of today, March 14th, 2020, she has gone 95 days without being able to eat or drink. She has spent a total of 47 days in the hospital, including Christmas, and has gone through 9 NJ feeding tubes and has had surgery twice to have two separate feeding tubes placed in her stomach. She was recently accepted into a program in Ohio (one of the only places in the country that treats this extremely rare condition,) that can hopefully help her learn to eat again. We organized a few local fundraising events to help but unfortunately they were all cancelled due to the Corona virus. Many people have contacted us to ask for a way to help so we have set up this go fund me. We are extremely grateful for the continued love and support of Magnolia and our entire family. Thank you.
