Kidney transplant

I'm a girl with a very positive spirit that fights lupus and needs a kidney transplant.I'm B+.I try to be independent and who knows me sees me as a inspiration because I've been fighting to keep my head over my shoulders as I try to have a normal life all this by my self while I struggle with my health problems as well as life downs .
