Mighty Mambruks go to Nusantara Cup!

Hello! We are the Mighty Mambruks from Timika in Papua, Indonesia. We are a growing Ultimate Frisbee team and need your help to achieve our goals! We will be representing our island, Papua, in the Nusantara Cup that will take place in Bali from the 29th to the 30th of March this year! Our team consists primarily of new Ultimate Frisbee players coached by Rachel Lorenzen, whose dedication to the sport has led her to create this team. Our players have quickly picked up the sport and developed a great passion for it! We hope to spread the love we have for Ultimate through our island, and to accomplish this, we need your help! We will gratefully accept any donations and sponsorships to make this dream happen. 100% of the funds will go towards equipment and travel costs – so all of our players can participate. We will compete to the best of our abilities and hope to represent our island and people in Bali.

Last year, with the help of many donors, we were able to send a full team to the Nusantara Cup. We would like to give returning and new players in the Mambruks the opportunity to gain some tournament experience.

Some cost details:

* 75% of the team needs financial aid to make the trip to Bali and back.

* Flights are about AUD 800 return

* Uniform costs are approx. AUD 400 for the entire team.
