My name is Destinee Carpenter and  I am a senior at Discovery High School.  Last June someone very special to us was stolen away from our community, her name was Maggie Daniels.  She was a beautiful brown haired, blue eyed woman who has definitely left her mark of inspiration on the world. 

Maggie was our school's guidance counselor.  She fit in perfectly and worked harder than anyone we know.  As a way of paying tribute to our beloved Maggie, we are going to create a memorial garden for her.  We are reaching out for the help of our teachers, parents, students, and our community.

Her garden will never be what she deserves but we are going to make it as beautiful as we possibly can.   We have been given a small space in the front of our school to house her garden.  We plan to get a custom mosiac, benches, and some of Maggie's favorite flowers.  This is her garden and everything in it will be completely inspired by her.  So please help in any way you can.
