Help Our Beloved Maggie

Dear Friends, Family, and Animal Lovers,

We are reaching out with heavy hearts and a desperate plea for help. Recently, we welcomed a new addition to our family—a sweet and loving cat named Maggie who has already brought so much joy into our lives. However, shortly after bringing her home, we discovered she is battling a severe and life-threatening condition that has put both her health and our financial resources to the test. We adopted Maggie with open hearts and immediately ensured she was spayed and up to date on all her shots. Shortly after switching her to a healthier diet, we noticed she was struggling with constipation. We brought her to our primary vet, where she underwent two enemas with little success. The vet recommended further intervention if her condition didn’t improve. A deobstipation procedure and additional enemas also failed to provide relief, and she was admitted to an emergency vet. By this point, she was severely impacted all the way to her ribcage. She spent two nights hospitalized on a constant laxative drip. Thankfully, this treatment resulted in a full bowel movement, and we were assured it was a rare fluke. Just one week later, she was back in the emergency vet with the same life-threatening condition.

Despite her brave spirit and our determination, this cycle continues, and we are facing the heartbreaking reality that her condition may require further testing or even major surgery. We are committed to doing everything possible to giving Maggie a healthy, happy life, but the financial burden has become overwhelming.

We are seeking support to cover the veterinary bills, specialized testing, and any procedures she may need. Every dollar raised will go directly toward Maggie's care and recovery.
