On May 16th Keith, Brandon and Brianna; the family of Maggie Solsbury received the devastating news that Maggie had unexpectedly passed away. There simply are no words to express the heartbreak and shock this family is feeling at this time.

 

As many of you may know, Maggie was a warrior, a wife, a mother and a grandmother. For those of you who weren’t lucky enough to get a chance to know her; let me tell you a bit about Maggie.

 

Maggie was a bright, amazing, caring, and kind soul. She had a passion for connecting with and helping others. She would literally take the shirt off her back for anyone in need without them having to ask. She cared for her husband, Keith, through his long battle with cancer which he is now in remission. She helped raise awareness for esophageal cancer as well as many other causes.

 

Maggie and her family have been through so much over the years and despite their own struggles and hardships she continuously showed up for others. If there was a will there was a way and Maggie always found their way through and helped others in finding their own ways. She cared for and took care of not only her two children and two grandchildren but countless of their friends. She cared for so many people as if they were her own children. She would make sure they were fed, had a place to stay and someone to love and support them whenever needed. She was known to help any of her friends and even strangers. Maggie had a great heart. She was truly an angel and she will be greatly missed by so many.

 

Not only does the family have to deal with the emotional loss of unexpectedly losing a wife, mother and grandmother; they have to deal with unexpected financial strain on the family. The Solsbury’s would never ask so I am asking for them. Please support me in giving back to a family who has given to so many other families before.
