Hello, my name is Erin Alvarez and on April 6, 2023 my Mom Margaret Jones was hospitalized, released, and then had to go back into the hospital and has been hospitalized ever since and will soon have to undergo open heart surgery. This find is created to help with medical bills and care after her discharge.
