Queridos amigos y comunidad

Nos dirigimos a ustedes con el corazón en la mano, ya que nuestra querida Magda Yagual sufrió un infarto cardíaco en Toronto, dejándonos inesperadamente.

Magda fue docente dedico su vida a enseñar, compartir sus conocimientos en el colegio y universidad.

Además una excelente esposa, madre de 2 hijos que hoy siguen sus pasos en la enseñanza.

Una abuela madre a tiempo completo.

Extrañaba tanto a sus nietas que tomó la decisión de ir a pasar unas vacaciones junto a su esposo, hasta Noviembre sin esperar que se nos haya ido de esta manera.

La noche anterior conversamos de manera normal, la estábamos llevando a colocarse su medicina y empezó a ahogarse en el camino, llegamos al hospital e intentaron reanimarla por 30 minutos y no se logró.

Nos enfrentamos ahora con el desafío de cubrir costos hospitalarios y de repatriar su cuerpo a Ecuador lo cual representa gastos elevados.

Estamos solicitando su apoyo para poder cubrir los gastos y darle a Magda el adiós que se merece rodeada de sus seres queridos. Cualquier contribución, por pequeña que sea, será de gran ayuda para nuestra familia en este momento tan difícil.

Dear friends and community,

We reach out to you with heavy hearts as our beloved Magda Yagual passed away unexpectedly due to a heart attack in Toronto.

Magda was an educator who dedicated her life to teaching and sharing her knowledge in both school and university settings. She was also an exceptional wife and mother of two children, who today follow in her footsteps in the field of education. A grandmother and a full-time mother, she missed her granddaughters so much that she decided to spend a vacation with her husband until November, never expecting that she would leave us in this way.

The night before, we spoke as usual. We were helping her take her medication when she began to struggle for breath on the way. We arrived at the hospital, and they tried to resuscitate her for 30 minutes, but it was unsuccessful.

We are now faced with the challenge of repatriating her body to her homeland, which involves significant costs.

We kindly ask for your support to help cover the expenses of bringing Magda to Ecuador so that we can give her a proper farewell surrounded by her loved ones. Any contribution, no matter how small, will be a tremendous help to our family during this difficult time.
