Gilma Dominguez llegó de El Salvador en el 2016 a los Estados Unidos. La razon que abandonó El Salvador fue para escapar de la violencia de pandillas, que desafortunadamente mataron a su hermano enfrente de ella y su hijo.
Cuando llegó a este país desconocido, empezó a trabajar muy duro para darle una mejor vida a su hijo y a su mama que aún vive en El Salvador. Pero en el 2018, le descubrieron cancer y por falta de dinero y conocimiento no tuvo la atención médica que nesesitaba. El cancer ha avanzando a etapa 4 y es terminal pero aún trató de seguir trabajando hasta que ya no pudo mas.
Lo preocupante del caso es que Gilma tiene un hijo de 10 años con autismo. Su niño nesesita mucha atención especial y lo peor del caso es que ella no tiene un solo familiar en este gran país que le ayude.
Esta campaña es para ayudar a Gilma pagar su renta, costos medicos, medicinas, comida, utilidades, y cosas esenciales para sobrevivir durante estos tiempos difíciles. Ella ha sido una mujer guerrera, pero ha llegado el momento que realmente nesesita de nuestra ayuda económica para que pueda tener un poco de paz. ¡Gracias por todo su apoyo a Gilma!

In 2016, Gilma Dominguez arrived from El Salvador to the United States in order to escape gang violence that unfortunately killed her brother in front of her and her son.
When she arrived in this foreign country, she began to work hard to give her son a better life and support her mother back in El Salvador. In 2018, Gilma was diagnosed with cancer and due to lack of resources and knowledge of her disease, she did not have the proper medical attention. The cancer has advanced to stage 4 and is terminal, resulting in her no longer having the strength to work.
Gilma also has a 10-year-old son with autism that requires special attention. Unfortunately, she does not have a single relative in this country to help her take care of her son while she battles cancer.
This campaign is to help Gilma pay her rent, medical expenses, medicines, food, utilities, and essential things to survive during these difficult times. She has been a warrior, but now the time has come when she needs financial help so that she can have some peace of mind and enjoy her last moments with her son.
