Madison's Scoliosis Fund

We are Jeff and Yvonna Lawson and this account is for our 15 year old daughter, Madison. We recently discovered that (even with treatment) her spine has curved considerably more during the last year. So much so that beginning early July, she will start 6 weeks of halo traction at UK Childrens Hospital in Lexington, Ky. Directly after that, she will have spinal fusion surgery to help correct the 113 degree curve in her spine due to severe scoliosis.  My husband and I will be alternating weeks staying with her. Because I carry the insurance, any wages I have will go to cover those premiums and his wages will be half of what they normally are for that time period. This will make it extremely hard on our family to meet our monthly obligations. 

We are starting this account to help cover household expenses, food and travel for the approximate 2 months, items Madi may need for the hospital stay, and possible deductilbe coverage as well.  Donations in any amount will be a huge blessing to our family, even if you can only offer prayer.  We thank each and every one of you who give in any way.
