Madison’s battle with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma

Madison is a 14 year old student at Boonton High School.  Like many other teenagers her age, entering adolescence was pretty hard for her after experiencing bullying and depression.  After getting Madison the supportive environment she needed, along with counseling and treatment, she began to make great progress and became excited about her future.  Shortly after that, however, on 1/4/22 her world came crashing down.  Madison began experiencing a lot of odd symptoms all at once that no one seemed to fully understand.  After several tests and many weeks of waiting anxiously and scared, we received the news that no one ever wants to hear.  "You have cancer - modular sclerosis Hodgkin lymphoma."  Things moved very quickly after that.  On 1/24/22, Madison had a port placement to begin cancer treatments, and she was admitted to the hospital with the understanding that there would be a long, challenging road ahead of her.  

All that know Madison, love her beautiful smile and her great sense of humor.  She is very passionate about makeup and dreams of learning as much as she possibly can about hair and nails.  In her free time, Madison loves watching horror movies, anime, and YouTube game blogs.  She also enjoys playing games herself.  Madison loves her family deeply, and her main focus right now is being able to still enjoy time with them and to have their usual fun (and silly) moments together.  We all want to support Madison and her family through this challenging time.  Any and all donations, no matter the size, are welcome and greatly appreciated.  Prayers and positive vibes are also much needed and greatly appreciated as they navigate the challenging road ahead.
