Madison Slim

Ahoy, this is Rev Raven doing a fund raiser for Madison Slim.

Madison Slim fell in his kitchen and badly bruised his tailbone and pelvis. Nothing broke but he couldn't walk at all and ended up at the VA for 3 weeks. He's homebound and needs home healthcare visits and rides to an from doctors etc.. He can't get out to drive, shop to cook at home. Everything has to be delivered. Needless to say it's expensive and he needs a helping hand.

Slim has a long story in the blues performing around the world with Sam Lay, The Legendary Blues Band and Jimmy Rogers. He's appeared on the Conan O'Brien show with Jimmy and recorded 4 records with the Legendary Blues Band. Every contribution is helps
