My name is Madison, I was diagnosed 2 years ago with Erythromelalgia and recently with Hypothyroidism. Erythromelalgia is a rare disorder in which the blood vessels in my extremities no longer constrict, making walking very painful so i’ve been mostly bed ridden for the past few years. i’ve struggled tremendously with quality of life, chronic depression & self care for these years.

I am starting this GoFundMe in attempt to be admitted into a nursing facility to help me with medication management, self care, mobility & my mental health. They do not accept my insurances so I have to go the private pay route, and while struggling financially from being physically disabled, I don’t have the resources to fund it. My 70 year old grandmother is my main caregiver, and while she is doing everything she can to work, take care of me & keep a roof over our heads, we cannot afford my food let alone the medical expenses involved with my needs. My mental health continues to suffer & I am afraid the waiting is just making things much more difficult for me on a daily basis with my health deteriorating.
