Hi, my name is Madison Odom. I am a 15 year old sophomore at Westwood High School. I am starting this Go Fund Me to help raise money for a trip to California. In this trip, I will be learning the fundamentals of video game design, as well as animation, at the National Student Leadership Conference (NCLC) held in Los Angeles, California. The experience I gain from this trip will be used for when i go to college for my computer science degree.

This program is important to me because it will help me gain the experience and knowledge i need to design video games in the future. I’ve always been a fan of technology and gaming was always a hobby of mine. It means a lot to me that I go to this program and learn to create something that makes me happy, and will potentially make others happy too. The money from this Go Fund Me will go towards my monthly payment for the program, the laptop that is required, and the flight that will take me to California so I can participate!
