On Saturday, January 28th, our sweet Madik was involved in a serious accident while snowboarding. He was airlifted to the Stollery Children's hospital in Edmonton where he remains. He suffered a broken shoulder, bruised lung and severe brain trauma. He is starting to open his eyes and move a bit but he's got a long road of recovery ahead and the extent of the brain damage is not yet fully known.

We are wanting to start this Gofundme for his Mom, Ingrid and step-dad, Paul, for the costs they will incur from having to take time off work and travel from Sylvan Lake to Edmonton.

This is a beautiful, kind and thoughtful boy and family. Please help us to help them ease some of their burden.
