Hi everyone! My niece Madi is turning 3 in july. Unfortunately her and her family have been through it rough. She is having surgery for her ear just after her little sister got brain surgery.
My brother and her dad is diagnosed with CRPS ( complex regional pain syndrome ) which has turned his career from law enforcement to stay at home dad. While navigating his diagnosis, his 8 surgeries and days of countless pain his wife had to miss work to take care of all 4 kids and him.
Due to the missed days and my brothers declining mobility, she had to change jobs in which her pay is less but her time home is greater.
Please help the family to have some comfort in a very difficult situation like this.
