In memory of Madeleine Florence Bray

Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Supporters,

Thank you all for visiting our page, we are close friends of the Iddon/Bray family or Briddon’s as we like to call them.

There are no words in times like these that can help fix the tragedy that they are currently facing. Nothing we say will take away the pain. However, we can try and provide logistical help, and this is what this page intends to do. There are three beautiful souls who will try and pick up the pieces of their lives over the coming weeks and months, and piece it back together in a very different form to what they’d envisaged. This GoFundMe has been created to help cover the funeral and memorial costs, assist with household expenses as they navigate this painful time, and give them the space and support they need to begin rebuilding their lives.

All funds raised will go directly to Sam and Lora to help ease the financial burden during this incredibly difficult journey. Any amount, is deeply appreciated.

Maddi was a beautiful soul, she brought light into so many lives. She was so patient with all our children (who were younger than her), and she was so kind and loving. Maddi would stop in town, regardless of who she was with and have a conversation, and she would always ask after everyone. She was a teenager that exemplified all the characteristics we would choose to see in our own as they get older.

Heaven gained an angel on Sunday 25th May.

We appreciate many of you may just wish to donate as a way of remembering Maddi and supporting Lora, Sam and Imogen. However Megan, Lisa and I (with road support from Hayley) will be riding a course of 130km (10km for each year of her life), route to be confirmed - it will either map Maddi’s initials when viewed on a Strava map, or we will ride through towns and villages that start with the letters from her name in that order.
