Hi Everyone- we lost our precious Madison Kathryn when Amy was 38 weeks pregnant. She delivered our stillborn angel on September 3, 2015. We miss our Maddy every single day and we made a promise to her that with every single breath that we take, we would honor her. Similar to last year, we are setting up a gofundme account and we will be donating 100% of the donations to three organizations that have helped us as we continue to live life without our daughter. The two organizations were SO appreciative of the donations last year! As we approach Maddy's 3rd birthday, we are raising money for three organizations- GBMC Infant Bereavement Fund, Gilchrist Kids, and Angel Gowns by Baba.

The first organization, GBMC Infant Bereavement Foundation, provided us with amazing support while we were in the hospital and still provide counseling and support almost three years later. They provide this to anyone that loses a pregnancy regardless of the gestational age. They also have annual remembrance ceremonies to recognize all of the baby angels.
The second organization is Gilchrist Kids. They provide free counseling to couples, moms, dads, and family members of angel babies. Amy is actually still using this counseling service! The counselors have helped Amy as she has grieved Maddy's death and most recently, has guided her through the scariest 9 months while she was pregnant with Ashton.
The third organization is Angel Gowns by BaBa. They collect wedding gowns and cut them up to create thousands of gowns for angel babies to be presented to parents and/or buried in. This organization is so important because a parent should never have to go shopping for their dead baby's burial/presentation outfit.
While we know that this is a gofundme account and not a formal non profit, you have our word that every single penny will be split between Gilchrist Kids, GBMC, and Angel Gowns. We plan on presenting these checks around Maddy's 3rd birthday. Any donation would be so much appreciated and would mean the world to us and to these three organizations!
