Maddie Levi's Fundraiser for Abilis
Tax deductible
Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit Abilis and any donation will help make an impact.
Starting this year, I became a board member for an organization called Abilis. Abilis is a non-profit organization that provides assistance and support for over 700 special needs individuals and their families from birth to throughout the rest of their lives. One of the reasons why I admire this organization is because they are dedicated to providing people struggling with developmental disabilities support and advocacy for building able lives and strong communities. Abilis provides early intervention and customized therapies, as well as family education and advocacy to help individuals achieve important developmental milestones through their Therapeutic Services programs. As individuals approach and enter adulthood, Abilis provides a wide range of Life Services programs, including recreational activities, transition, and life skills support, job training, competitive and supported employment, and a choice of residential options.
This month of February the youth board of Abilis is doing a challenge week. Essentially, once we reach a certain amount of money, the board would need to take on an assigned challenge. For instance, $100 raised would mean a pie to the face, $200 dollars raised would mean an ice bucket challenge, and so on. Please consider donating, all proceeds go to an amazing cause! Thank you in advance for your contribution and support to this cause that means so much to me.
