Maddie's Craniotomy

Hi. My name is Kathy Chelgren. I am raising funds for expenses related to my daughter Maddie's craniotomy on September 15th. She started having migraines last year and the pediatric neurologist did an MRI. They found a colloid cyst in the third ventricle of her brain. We are going to Norton's Children's Hospital for the surgery. The funds raised will be used for any medical expenses, gas to get to and from Louisville for surgery and follow up appointments as well as covering pay for the time I'll be out of work to be with her so I can keep up with bills and other household expenses.
