In Memory of Maddie Reis for Charlotte Chaffee

We are establishing this GoFundMe in memory of Madeline Joo Reis, who sadly passed away on January 24, 2024, leaving behind her fiancé, Jake and daughter, Charlotte Jolene.

Anyone that knew Maddie knows that she was not only fun, loving, and kind, but that above all else, she had a true passion for educating and caring for children. Maddie's greatest dream was to be a mother. She and Jake were blessed with their daughter Charlotte on August 3, 2023.

Charlotte is a beautiful, happy, and healthy baby. She loves to smile, bounce around, and her laugh is absolutely contagious. One of the most difficult parts of losing Maddie is not having her here to witness Charlotte growing up. We hope you will join us in forming a network of support for Jake and Charlotte through this time. We also hope that you will help us to keep the memory of Maddie alive and to pass those memories onto Charlotte.

Please join us in celebrating Maddie's life on Friday, February 16, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Incarnation Lutheran Church, located at 4880 Hodgson Road, Shoreview, Minnesota. A visitation will precede the service by 1-hour, beginning at 10:00 a.m., and a reception will follow

This fund is being created for contributions which will be placed into a custodial savings account for Charlotte's future education and expenses. Unused funds previously gifted to Maddie for medical expenses will be added to this account.
