I know of our never ending support from many of those who love us and loved our parents but it is hard to know exactly what to do being so young with much responsibility. I never wanted to start a go fund me but i’m not sure where to start with asking for help. 
My sister and I are homeowners as of recent after both of my parents passing & there are many projects needed to be done before it is even sellable. With not much savings and my own bills- it is a project I am not able to tackle and selling the house as is leave little room for profit. This budget includes $4,000 payment I had to make on the mortgage out of my savings after our forbearance plan ended, as well as a fee charged by the realtor and real estate agency on the full sale of the house that I am also not able to cover. 

Any help is much appreciated from my sister and I, and any advice is welcomed as well.
