This Go-Fund me has been created to raise funds for Steph and her family to help cover expenses that occur with this life-altering and traumatic obstacle event in their life.

 

Steph grew up in Liverpool, New York, attended Liverpool High School. After graduating from Bryant and Stratton College began her career at HOA ( Hematology Oncology Associates of CNY). On Sunday 1/23/2022 Steph was home with her husband (John Maxam) when she suffered a grand mal seizure. On the way to the hospital, she suffered several more seizures. On that evening, a CT scan and MRI revealed a large mass on the brain. They concluded it was a brain tumor. Complications caused the doctors to reschedule the initial surgery to remove the tumor. The surgery is now scheduled for mid-March. Until the tumor is removed, we won't know if further treatment (chemo or radiation ) will be needed. Steph will be out of work from the job she loves for several months for recovery.
