He is survived by his mother Candace Wade, father Joe Starnes, grandfather Charles Wade, brother James Lawson Wade, sister Samantha Judd, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at Oak Mountain State Park, starting at 1:00 PM, at Red Bud pavilion. There will be a five dollar fee per person at park entrance.
In lieu of flowers, we are raising money in Macon's honor to benefit Greater Birmingham Humane Society, and any donation will help make an impact.
Thank you in advance for your contribution. It really means a lot to all of us, and I know it would mean a lot to him.
More information about Greater Birmingham Humane Society: The Greater Birmingham Humane Society, founded in 1883, is the largest and oldest humane society in Alabama. Over the course of our history we have witnessed the changes in our community and yet have never left the original mission of Dr. Phillips "to promote the humane treatment of people and animals through education, advocacy and services".
