Macon RBI (Reviving Baseball Inner Cities) partners with Macon Little League, located on Anthony Road in Macon Ga. This youth initiative is designed to provide young people from underserved and diverse communities the opportunity to play baseball and softball. Our league emphasizes the importance of these young people to grow to become responsible citizens not only on the field but in the classroom as well. We also teach life skills, by providing mentorship to them. Most of our players come from low income families and are not able to pay the fees associated with travel baseball. We are attempting to take 34 players ages 18 and under to the Jackie Robinson Complex located in Vero Beach, Florida to participate in the RBI tournament, June 24-27.  We are also invited to attend a tournament in Tennessee and Gulf Shores later in the summer. Due to the lack of transportation we have started this page asking for donations to assist us in renting vans to transport the players. This task cannot be completed without the generous donations from people like you and each donation regardless of amount would be greatly appreciated.
