Were taking part in HYROX on Sunday 4th of May in mixed doubles in the HYROX competition in London, this is a challenging fitness race that pushes both your physical and mental limits.

We are raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support! This incredible charity provides essential care and support for people affected by cancer, sadly 1 in 3 men and 1 in 2 women are affected by Cancer during thier lifetime and we would love your help in making a difference.
