Hi My name is Jack, a few years ago my best mate Macky got diagnosed with cancer, he went through chemotherapy and beat it like a trooper, in recent months Macky and his family

got the worst news, the cancer was back and it was terminal.

Mack is by far the strongest kid i know and he always has a smile on his face and never stops laughing

He loved to go fishing and meet his mates but as he has a tumour on his spine it’s stopped him from getting about.

Me and all his mates are devastated and can’t imagine how his family feel at all,
