Meet Miss Mackenzy, a vibrant 6 year old from Lincoln, IL. She is the daughter of Jeremy Brown(Paula Lawhorn) and Tina Brown. Mackenzy is the younger sister of Steven, Kayliegh, Joanna and Jayden and the big sister to Alivia Brown. She is also the little sister of Josh and Paul Lawhorn!
This past year Mackenzy attended school at Chester East in Lincoln where she was in her first year as a kindergartner.
Mackenzy enjoys many things including attending church, playing with her siblings, fishing and her animals she has at the house!
Mackenzy is always the one when she walks in the room her smile enlightens everyone!
On Saturday June 3rd, 2017 a tragedy happened as Mackenzy was hit by a car while she was in Bloomington. She was first taken to Advocate Bromen Healthcare where she was then sent by life flight helicopter to The Illinois Children's Hospital in Peoria where she is on life support!
The doctors and nurses performed many tests and have deemed sweet little Mackenzy as being brain dead.
The family has decided the best way to honor Mackenzy is to donate her organs and give the gift of life to the other children.
This go fund me account is being set up to help the family with the medical expenses incurred while she was in both hospitals as well as funeral expenses.
However we are all praying for a miracle that this is only needed for medical expenses.
Any donations big or small will go a long way to help this grieving family out.
All monetary donations will be given to the family of Mackenzy for disbursement.
