Macclenny Clinic Needs Your Support

Hi! My name is Rachel and I am an autonomous family nurse practitioner. I opened a family medicine clinic in Macclenny, a rural part of Florida, called Rejuvene Family Medicine on May 15, 2023. My hope was to provide high quality healthcare to the residents of this small, underserved community. We quickly grew by word of mouth and now have more than 1,000 patients. I recently decided to bring on another provider and this meant needing to renovate our current office space to accommodate more patients. I opened the clinic without financial help from banks or investors. I sacrificed my own savings (and, at times, credit cards) for the startup.
