Macchiarini Creative Design

On May 1, 2023 San Francisco legacy business Macchiarini Creative Design's gallery was broken into and robbed. The intruder took thousands of dollars worth of valuable jewelry, sculptures, and precious gemstones from our gallery. We are a collection of 10 different artists and rely on the sale of our artwork to provide for ourselves and fund our art. Macchiarini Creative Design is a Jewelry Legacy Business that started right here in North Beach, San Francisco almost 75 years ago. In that time we have never had an incident happen like this. We lost $40,000 worth of art, sculptures, and gemstones. We have filed a police report and have tried contacting several pawn shops around the Bay Area to see if we can track our work. Unfortunately, we haven't been successful and our insurance company is not on our side and will only help cover $8,000 worth of the cost. We are asking you to please donate to our GoFundMe so that we are able to pay these artists back for their stolen work and cover the damages done to our space. The funds raised will be given directly to the artists whose work has been stolen. Our artists rely on the sale of their artwork to support themselves daily and invest in creating more art. Thank you!
