Mabon and Mam's Cardiff Half 2024
Last year I inspired my children and some friends to join me in running the Cardiff Half again this year.
My middle son, Mabon, aged 19, and I thought we could use this as an opportunity to raise money for the NSPCC.
Those that know Mabon will be aware of his diagnosis of autism and how many aspects of his life have not always been easy for him, so doing this event is a big deal for him.
Mabon has determination in abundance and this fitness journey has given him new goals. He will be turning up far more prepared than me, this Sunday, 6th October, and has lost about 4 stone in the process!!!
Family and friends please support us in trying to raise as much money as we can in aid of NSPCC -National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children and every donation will help.
Thank you so much in advance for any contribution you can make, even a £1 will mean so much to us!!!
