Help Us Build Our Solar Bore Holes in Yemen!

Alhamdulillah! With your generosity we have raised enough to build 3 bore holes! We will try to fund a fourth bore hole! If not, anything extra will go towards helping the needy in Yemen through Muslim Aid USA InshaAllah!
In Ramadan, May 2018, the kids in our family launched their first try at fundraising for charity. It all began with an oversized box from Sanitec and a bright idea to earn money. The kids began with a simple lemonade stand using our overproducing lemon tree.
All the kids in our family pitched in to help run this lemonade stand. They sold lemonade every Friday at Masjid Al-Shareef in Long Beach; and every Saturday at our family iftaars. The kids met their $1800 goal to build a well through IMRC (Indian Muslim Relief & Charities). Not only did they meet their goal, but their goal was matched! They were able to build 2 wells in india named MARA 1 and MARA 2. The letters MARA represent the last names of the children who worked hard to make that money! With our new addition this past year, we introduce MAARA to represent our growing family.
In Ramadan 2019, the kids stepped up their game. Not only did they have a lemonade stand, they also expanded their fundraiser to sell trinkets, homemade items, flowers, crafts, and sweet treats! These kids work hard each week and they even looked the part while all wearing their matching Ramadan t-shirts. The price of wells continue to rise, however our charity crew managed to raise enough money to build yet another well in india!
In Ramadan 2020, the kids expanded their reach with a Go Fund Me campaign. They were able to reach family from all over the world. We raised a staggering $7247 (Mashallah). We were able to build 3 wells. What an amazing accomplishment and difference they are making at a young age.
This year, we are back at it again. Our goal this year is to raise $8000. The kids plan to build a solar powered bore hole in Yemen with the help of Muslim Aid USA. InshAllah this goal is reachable with your help!
