I've always loved Fallout—not just the battles and mutants, but the way it explores society, morality, and survival. One part that has fascinated me since the beginning is the Enclave—their structure, their discipline, their vision of survival in a broken world. I've loved imagining what it would be like if a society like theirs could actually endure, a harsh paradise hidden away in the apocalypse, structured and ordered yet thriving. t
I've also been captivated by the stories of characters like Frank Horrigan—the extremes of loyalty, power, and morality. It sparked an idea: what if we could explore an Enclave experiment that truly succeed?
Fallout: Hawaii – Fire & Fear
Explore Vault 37, a hidden Enclave paradise… or tear it all down.
I’ve always loved Fallout—not just the battles and mutants, but the stories, the choices, and the worlds you can lose yourself in. One part that’s fascinated me since the beginning is the Enclave: their structure, discipline, and vision of survival in a broken world. I’ve dreamed about what it would be like if a society like theirs could truly endure—a harsh paradise hidden in the apocalypse, ordered yet thriving.
Fallout: Hawaii – is my attempt to bring that vision to life. Vault 37 is built deep inside a Hawaiian volcano, powered by nuclear and geothermal energy, guided by a highly adaptive AI named M.A.R.I.A., and the continuity of government and secretly shaped over 200 years into a functioning, self-sustaining society. On the outside, the world is irradiated and dangerous—but inside, the city thrives, with multiple factions, moral choices, and the chance to shape the future of this hidden society.
Players can:
Ally with the Enclave: Maintain order, use military power, and expand Vault 37’s influence—experience the strength of structure and fear-based control.
Join the Open Hand: Fight for freedom, morality, and equality—challenge the city’s rules and protect the outsiders living on the island’s outskirts.
Discover the Rogue Institute: Experiment with synths, hacked AI systems, and dangerous tech—choose to help, sabotage, or manipulate them.
Your choices matter. Start as a human, a ghoul, a super mutant, or even a synth prototype, and the AI will adapt—rewarding, guiding, or testing you along the way. Each path offers different gameplay, alliances, and endings, giving players true replayability while exploring the moral and strategic complexities of survival.
I’m creating this concept using Fallout 4 mod tools, building a playable demonstration of what Fallout: Hawaii could be. Every donation helps me develop the world, expand the factions, create storylines, and craft the mechanics so fans can step into this secret paradise and see it come alive.
If this project succeeds, maybe one day I’ll even have the chance to share it with Bethesda—but for now, it’s all about giving the fans a chance to explore, shape, and rebuild a world I’ve dreamed about for years.
Join me in bringing Vault 37 to life… and decide for yourself: will you rule, rebel, or reshape the island?
