this is a very hard story to tell because it triggers so many emotions. I have a lot of pride and have been so lost and stuck. I am asking for your help ♥️

my husband and I have been trying for a baby for over 4 years. We have been married for 6 and fell in love working at Starbucks together. Both of us have had numerous and continuous health struggles over the years and have found ourselves in a position we never thought we’d be in.

1 in 8 struggle with fertility and we never thought that would be us. For my whole life I’ve dreamt of being a mom. I saw this more than I saw any career for myself. We’ve gone through all the tests, imaging, labs etc and got the heartbreaking news we would not be able to conceive on our own. I can’t tell you what this felt like except how SOUL CRUSHING this feels.

seeing all my peers get pregnant, celebrate their growing families is unbearable, my heart ACHES for a baby, all the negative pregnancy tests month after month is breaking my heart. Fostering and adopting are not the right options for us and we’ve got road block after roadblock with our covered healthcare system that we are financially working to resolve.

our next step is IUI with sperm donation.
