August 2024 update: I thought I had fully recovered but I recently had a major setback with my health. This setback has caused me to pause working on launching my business and earning income until my health returns. July 2023: Hi there! I hope you are doing well. I genuinely appreciate you taking the time to read my story. (I also made a video which you can watch below). Earlier this year, I faced a mental health crisis, leading to job loss. I'm raising funds to cover treatment costs and to sustain me as I grow my singing YouTube channel. In June 2023, I suffered a mental health breakdown, which prevented me from working for two weeks and ultimately led to my resignation. Currently, I am undergoing treatment five days a week, and I am grateful for the progress I've made.

I initiated this Gofundme Campaign to raise funds for treatment expenses such as daily copays of $75, monthly insurance premiums of $345.42, prescriptions, and doctor visits. Additionally, I am seeking support for personal expenses as I am without a steady income at the moment. Unfortunately, I didn’t qualify for disability as my tenure at my previous job was seven months, falling short of the twelve-month minimum requirement.

I am incredibly thankful for my wonderful and supportive wife, who is covering as much as she can. However, she is financially overstretched, and this campaign aims to alleviate some of the burden.

A silver lining emerged from this crisis – I discovered my passion for self-love. If my treatment continues successfully, I plan to establish a business dedicated to aiding others in embracing self-love. I will develop content for YouTube and Instagram, offer ideation sessions, create a self-appreciation journal, design t-shirts, and more. As a classically trained singer, I also aim to resume concerts in 2024. The funds from this campaign will assist in covering personal and business expenses until I generate income from these endeavors.
