Richard's Medical Needs

Hi everyone! This is Maggie, Richard's granddaughter!

As I am sure many of you know, Richard is one of the most caring and generous people in the world! Throughout his years, he has been heavily involved in his church as well as an active board member for New Day Ranch. He loves spending time with his three granddaughters and his five great-grandchildren as well.

Richard went into the hospital for acid reflux, and the doctor believed he had been having a heart attack over the course of a few days. He was rushed into emergency triple bypass surgery Sunday night. The doctors believe it will be a very long recovery and it will take a long time for him to get back to his new "normal".

As a family, we are looking for new things he will need to help in his recovery. These include a lift recliner, a lift bed, and of course, this GoFundMe will help offset some of the medical expenses.

Richard is an extremely important part of not only our family but also his community. We appreciate anything that could be donated. Thank you so much!
