Slipped on a roof in Washington, while doing my job. My legs completely flew above my head. The center of my back hit the point of the roof, my head slapped the roof.
Doctor said I had a concussion, whiplash, Muscle damage and now nerve damage. Contacted a lawyer who has done nothing for me. She set me up in the worse possible way.
It's been 2 months I've seen a doctor 0nce, no physical therapy Yet.
I have received 2 checks both for $450. I own a home, have people to care for. Running out of money fast.
Really need help.
I fired that lawyer and am waiting for my new lawyer to correct all of the mistakes. . . Just need to get through and catch up a little. I'm afraid of loosing everything I've worked hard for. I tried to go back to work but my union said, No. Not till the doctor clears me. . . I'm a fighter and will be back, I'm an artist and will draw or paint anything for you for a donation.
