On May 17, 2025, our bright, strong, and fun-loving niece Paisley was in a devastating accident while riding on a side-by-side. The crash left her with a fractured spine and severe spinal cord damage that changed her life in an instant.

Paisley was life-flighted to Le Bonheur Children's Hospital in Memphis, where she underwent a 6-hour, life-saving spinal cord surgery. Following the surgery, she spent 4 critical weeks in intensive care, fighting through pain and uncertainty. After stabilizing, she was transferred to the renowned Shepherd Center in Atlanta. She is currently undergoing intense daily in-patient therapy in hopes of regaining the ability to walk.

Paisley is just 15-years old. Her spirit is so strong, and her determination is unshakable. - but the road ahead is long, uncertain, and very expensive.

On July 22, Paisley is scheduled to begin out-patient therapy, where she will continue working tirelessly to strengthen her body, regain movement, and heal. Her journey will include years of physical therapy, adaptive equipment, travel for medical appointments, and home modifications to support her mobility and independence.
