I am the oldest child the organizer Rochelle Peacock. For those of you who dont know mom story. Michelle was a 59 year old women battling cancer whom lived in Richmond Indiana. She was murder on June 30 2023. By a bully who she complained on numerous of times and yet nothing was done and now we are here.
