My name is Michael Phillips, I am Ashley's dad. She was involved in a car accident Saturday and sustained several injures. Among them are a broken heel, a broken nose, her two front teeth were broke off plus lots of cuts and bruising .
She recently started a new job and has no medical or dental insurance. Her teeth alone will cost between 5,000 and 10,000 dollars. She hasn't gotten the bill for all of her other medical bills yet .
