Dennis Schott "Dry Your Tears" Fund
Donation protected

It is coming up on the 1 year of Dennis' passing at Hospice. It was a long road for him and for all of us and lots of tears were shed (and still tears come from time to time). While in the hospital or at Hospice, we noticed a terrible need for quality tissues. I especially noticed the huge need while at his last day at Hospice, I sent out for a few boxes of Puffs and Kleenex for all of us saying our tearful goodbyes. We probable went through 3 boxes in just that one day!
(Unfortunately, hospitals and healthcare facilities can only purchase those terrible thin, scratchy tissues.) As you know , Kleenex is very expensive and just not in the budget for those facilities.
In Dad's memory we would like raise funds to purchase a truck load of Kleenex or Puffs . We intend to distribute them to "end of life" facilities here in Cincinnati. These will be placed in their patient rooms to help our grieving loved ones who are inpatient, families and friends . I know Dad/Denny would love this idea of "Drying Your Tears" in his honor.
Jeanne & Jennifer (daughters) will be in charge of the funds. We will be making a large purchase at Costco with all of the funds raised.
Thank you in advance for your kindness :)
