Our landlord has decided to sell the house in which our family lives in the middle of winter, in the midst of a continuing pandemic. He wants us out by the beginning of March.

In a crazy market, we’ve been very fortunate to find a new home to move into. However, because we weren't expecting to have to move at this time, we need some help paying the closing costs and fees for inspections.

I’m very grateful for your friendship and I feel awful asking for this kind of help from people just after the holidays. In appreciation, my mom would like to offer to do pencil portraits for those who would like to have one as a thank you.
