Operation Hand Up
Donation protected
Hi everyone, Matt here, President /Founder and operator of The Rustic River Craftsman Foundation.
As much as I hate to have to start new fundraisers, especially for one of my own, it brightens my heart knowing that I can be that vessel that our brother Sam needs.
Last week, Sam Ayers, United States Army veteran/ brother, husband, and father-of-five was severely injured while performing an intricate cut on a table saw for a Christmas tree Topper for his family. Sam suffered severe lacerations across three of his fingers, torn ligmanets/tendons and the saw blade shattered his bones with fingernail involvement.
Sam is a motivated, goal-driven, God fearing small business owner that will now be out of work for 4 to 6 weeks after surgery on Tuesday at Baptist medical here in Winston-Salem, NC.
If you know me, then you know this is how I operate in a time of distress. We join together, we show that we care and we show them that the American Spirit, especially for a veteran of this great country, is ALIVE and Well this holiday season
For every $5 donation made, the donor will be issued a ticket number via email, messenger or if your in my contacts then text On December 17th,
I will be going live on Facebook, Rustic River Craftsman Foundation page, and drawing the winner of a Custom Hand Forged Hatchet and display. Details will be on my personal and RRCFoundation Facebook pages.
We do not ask for handouts just hand UPS and hopefully this Hatchet/talent can benefit one very inspiring, freedom fighting, family based veteran God speed warriors and for any additional info please head over to The Rustic River Craftsman Foundation Facebook page and shoot me a message. #onelove #veteranstrong #RRCFoundation
