My husband was fifty-six when he passed and left me with a huge business debt and no life insurance. I struggled through it and managed to create a small rental income that was enough to make it. I then lost my beautiful home and ALL I had in a wildfire. No more extra income besides Social Security. Tough. I've been struggling on too small an income. Before the devastating fire, I had managed to create rental spaces which allowed me not to have to go to food banks, etc. My retirement security was then totally dissolved in smoke. I now wish to develop the lower area of my land to be able to have someone bring a mini house or trailer for rental income. I need a road built ($10k) and to bring utilities. Just hoping for a little help to start the process.so I had to take a small job - $20/hr to have to sell. I'd reimburse a bit at a time after being set up. (Will sign a contract if desired). It is a shame to not have someone enjoy a quiet, peaceful space when so many are in need of lodging. I also wish to leave a legacy for my grandkids to profit from.
