Friends, it is with great sadness that we type this message today. I am reaching out to you on behalf of the Serra-Gomez family. As all of you who know them are aware, the Serra-Gomez siblings were handed the worse cards one could be dealt. February 2021 mom, Miresa passed and March 2021 dad Carlos Sr. joined her in heaven when he too gained his wings. This alone is too much for a family to handle but tragically in January they also lost their baby nephew Kameron who was only 3 months when he joined his grandparents in heaven. This has been one trial after another and the family has done their best to cope. Today the family was dealt another extremely difficult card. Today the siblings received a call no sibling wants to receive. Carlos Serra jr passed this morning and is now in his mothers loving arms. Carlos was only 38 years and old and had so much yet to conquer. Carlos is little brother to Dennis, Vanessa and Karen and big brother to Kevin. The Serra-Gómez siblings are dealing with yet another unimaginable loss. It is because of this that I reach out to all our friends/family to come together and show them what a village looks like. We are their village. Anyone who knew Carlos knew of the fun, caring, loving, positive man he grew up to be. These times are tough and although they have always attempted to handle things financially, this is becoming harder and harder with each tragic event accumulating. I ask that if you can help you find it in your heart to do so here. Every little bit helps. This will not take the pain away but lessen the stress so they can focus on mourning the loss of their beloved brother. We also ask for your prayers for strength to the siblings, cousins, aunts, uncles, and loving nieces and nephews through yet another extremely painful happening. If you are in Florida, viewing and services information will be provided as we have it.
