On March 16, 2017 (forget the Ides of March, unless you're Caesar), I suffered a seizure/mini-stroke. As I was working as a driver, luckily for me and others on the road (thank God), I was not on the road when it happened. I was taken to the ER, where I was treated and stabilized. The ER doctors determined I needed to go to another hospital for more specialized treatment. Six hospital days, 2 CT scans, 2 MRI's, countless labs, and multiple therapy sessions; I was finally released. I was actually in relatively good shape. However, because I could not afford health insurance, I accumulated medical bills in excess of $57,000, with more to come. Also, by state law, I am not allowed to drive or work for at least six months, so I do not have any income.
I have taken other steps for outside assistance from various agencies, but I still your help and especially your prayers. God bless you and thank you.
