This page is for all of us who adore Stephanie and want to rally around her and her incredible family as they navigate this next chapter. Every bit of energy, encouragement, and generosity shared here helps lift a woman who has spent her life calming storms for others.
Recently, Stephanie was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of ovarian cancer. The incredible news is that it was caught early, at stage 1A. But because of its fast-moving nature, she will be undergoing 6 rounds of chemotherapy to ensure every microscopic cell is gone and to give her the best possible long-term outcome.
Stephanie and Todd are the heartbeat of a busy family with 4 amazing mini humans. As they face this fight together, they are navigating not only the emotional weight of this diagnosis, but also the financial realities that come with it…from high medical costs to the many unexpected expenses that pile up when a parent is in treatment.
This fundraiser will help ease some of those burdens by covering:
- Medical bills and treatment-related expenses not covered by insurance
- Supportive needs such as childcare, meals, and household help
- Self-care and comfort items to help Stephanie and her family through the hardest days ahead…including the emotional toll of hair loss and other visible effects of treatment
