In November 2025, Connor and his partner were targets of a shooting orchestrated by Connor’s stalker. Connor was struck at least 6 times.

Connor’s initial prognosis was grim. The doctors at the freestanding ER told family that he was likely not going to survive and that if he did, he would be brain dead. After being stabilized and receiving 6 units of blood, he was transported to a trauma center. There, he underwent multiple emergency surgeries.

Miraculously, Connor did not lose his brain function. He was able to answer questions by nodding and shaking his head and giving thumbs up and down, etc.

Connor spent 36 days in the ICU and 5 additional days in the ICU step down unit before being transferred to a rehabilitation facility.

Connor continues to get better every day but will require lifelong medical care.

His family is trying their best to navigate expenses during this time.

Connor‘s medical bills are significant.
